The facility itself felt like an old traditional house, and it felt very local. The hotel was spacious and long on both sides with the lobby as the center. The accommodation and the lobby were quite far apart.
It was nice to enjoy the facilities inside the hotel, but there were few restaurants nearby, so you had to take a taxi.
The night market is a 10-15 minute walk away, but since it was so hot,
I recommend taking a taxi (I walked..)
When you leave, always go to the lobby.

First time stay at Shangrila Hotel and its very worth and good experience. Everything is good only the breakfast i could say the management should try all the cuisine and make it better. Its surprise me how come some food is easy cooked but taste bad.

不知道是攜程問題還是酒店的問題，訂了酒店以後彈出來一個包車的廣告直接免密付款自己付了款，點退訂連車帶酒店全部退了，扣了2500塊人民幣，打電話找客服協調，沒有結果，還是去住問可不可以付剩下兩天的房費，也不同意

This is my second time staying at Shangri-La in Kota Kinabalu. I am much more satisfied this time than the last time.
The most surprising thing is that we upgraded to the Clownfish Suite. My kids love it so much!!!
One ice cream a day. My kids are very happy.

還是不錯的，剛到大堂就度假感滿滿，問了前台給升級了海景房，沙發也鋪成了沙發床，2大2小也夠睡，房間感覺還可以，沒有破舊的感覺
就是陰天，沒有看到壯麗晚霞，海也渾濁，小海灣沙灘和泳池都夠孩子玩
吃飯比當地貴不少，兩份意麪200元，圖省事在酒店的話就隨便吃點
感覺比不上三亞酒店了，但是亞庇玩的還可以，我們是爺爺奶奶留在酒店休息，自己帶孩子跳島，綜合看來還是滿意的
